I am originally from Barbados and have lived in America for a very long time.  I followed the “American Dream” of going to school earning my B.S. Electrical Engineering in 1992.  I started to live my life as a husband and father of two boys.  I wanted to make more money and spend more time with my family.  I decided to go back to school in 2002 to earn my MBA which I completed in 2004.  Success still evaded me until I finally stop trying to figure out how to achieve and focus on my enormous “why”.   I have some level of success with a few opportunities, but not to the level that I always wanted.
